Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of P-Dash, operated by Mateo Beauvineau ("we," "us," "P-Dash"). By creating an account or otherwise using P-Dash, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use P-Dash.
Beta status
P-Dash is currently in private beta, made available to a limited group of invited users. The service is provided for evaluation and personal use, may contain bugs, and may change substantially — including features being added, changed, or removed — without notice. Data loss, while something we work hard to prevent, is more likely during beta than in a stable release.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use P-Dash. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you sign in with Google, you're also subject to Google's own terms for your Google account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use P-Dash for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to access another user's account, project, or data without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or interfere with the security or availability of P-Dash's systems.
- Reverse-engineer or resell P-Dash without our written consent.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the habits, journal entries, notes, photos, and other content you create in P-Dash ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve P-Dash for you. We won't share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google & YouTube services
Signing in with Google, and separately, connecting a YouTube channel, are both governed by our Privacy Policy and by Google's own terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy for the latter. You can disconnect a connected YouTube channel at any time in Settings.
Our intellectual property
P-Dash's software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Mateo Beauvineau and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Disclaimers
P-Dash is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Given its beta status in particular, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that data will never be lost or corrupted — please don't rely on P-Dash as your sole record of anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mateo Beauvineau will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of P-Dash. Our total liability for any claim relating to P-Dash will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using P-Dash and delete your account yourself at any time from Settings — this immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data, with no grace period and no way to undo it (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or during beta, if we discontinue or substantially change the service.
Changes to the service or terms
We may modify P-Dash or these Terms as the product develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
